Possible, so not today but I def expect to see GamePass PC / MS Store games get traditional modding support (where you can download mods from the nexus, replace game files etc) in the future. So it's something they know people want and are working on making It's already documented in their developer stuff. Microsoft is laying groundwork to make traditional modding of GamePass/MS Store games possible. However there is some hope for the future. The new beta Xbox app is just a front end / new UI but when you hit download it starts downloading from the MS store. Just like if you buy any apps/games from MS Store, all GamePass PC games are delivered through the MS store BTW, I believe MK11 also has nude base meshes for different body types, It's safe to assume Injustice 2 might also have them. This despite the fact that MK9 already had fully nude base meshes in its files, so it theoretically shouldn't have been that hard.

You can't even simply look at a games install folder for gamepass PC games. The only fully nude mod I remember for MK9 was a nude Mileena mod and it either disappeared or no longer works. Still not possible because the game folders are EXTREMELY locked down. Even with games on GamePass PC that are not UWP modding is It's due to the way the games are 'packaged'/installed. Sadly as someone else said modding is not really possible with games obtained with GamePass PC (at least for NOW, read the last paragraph).
